WHAT? A 160 mile 'run' across the Sahara Desert, in 120 degree heat, carrying food, water and spare pants. If I get overtaken by the camels bringing up the rear; it'll be an early bath and lifetime of mickey taking.

WHY? Some muppet bought up the subject of approaching 40. Not being able to afford a sports car I opted for a ridiculous test of physical and mental endurance; despite never have displayed much of either

WHEN? March 30th 2008. Thats only 'ages away' if you don't on that day need to be able to run 160 miles, carrying blah blah blah
