Founded in 2007, Justice Defenders is a movement from all walks of life. We’re equipping the accused. Informing the indicted. Educating the incarcerated. And taking the law to the margins of society to uproot the unjust.

Story

Hi all,

Thanks for checking out my fund raising page for African Prisons Project.

I am very proud to be a member of a charity, run by young and enthusiastic volunteers with one aim...

"To restore dignity and hope to prisoners through health, education and justice."

I realised at the start of 2009... "Man I'm getting old!" And decided to take matters into my own hands by setting some goals and achievements, so that when I'm much older and a bit wiser I can say... "I did good!"

We will be doing lots of fun and challenging events, with all monies raised helping towards current and future projects in Africa.

Please ask me any questions you may have before donating, I want you all to appreciate the hard work being done by APP and the reasons why this is so important in a developing world.

Events we're involved in to date:

Street Collection day - £650 raised

Afro-funk Breakout music night - £600 raised

Yateley 10k Road Race - Wed 1st July

London half marathon - Sun 27th Sep

Lots more to follow, including Dragon boat racing! - Fancy taking part?

Please show your support by donating, any money no matter how small will be much appreciated. If you would like to know more about the charity and it's achievements and future projects please feel free to contact me, or any of the APP members. You can also find us online at
