Well that was a good run! (earliest I've been up on a Sunday morning for a while!) Think I managed to finish between 47 - 49 minutes which is just over 12km/hour which is pretty solid performance.. Thanks to all those who supported me (and if your reading this but didn't pop a few pounds down, its not too late, so click the 'Sponsor Us Now' button - it is really a great cause) I'll be doing a few more runs over the next few months, hopefully building up to a 'proper' 16km run in the Autumn - so its not over yet! Until then, thanks again! Whitechapel Ever walked past someone homeless and felt pretty bad about not giving anything ? Well I know I have - but a couple of coppers here and there isn't really going to solve any problems. However homeless centres such as Whitechapel do with many hard-working people voluteering their time and effort to really do some good - for that reason I am running for Whitechapel to try and help them help homeless people throughout East London. For more information please take a peek at http://www.whitechapel.org.uk/work1.htm. So, if you can, please put a couple of pounds or pennies into sponsoring me and hopefully helping out this cause. Many thanks for your support. Been JustGiving - donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Whitechapel Mission will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Kind Regards, Paul.
