As I'm sure you all know as i have been banging on about it I'm doing a bike ride for Help for Heroes, it covers just under 400 miles over 7 days and starts in Portsmouth on the 26th of May, we go over to france the following day and end back in London on the 1st of June. Through out our journey we will bw stopping at battle sites and cemeteries to remember fallen soliders and their families.

I cant explain to you how amazing all the guys are that fight for our country and after meeting some of them who sustained some horrific injuries i was totally blown away. The courage and bravery of these people is like nothing i have ever seen before. If any money i raise can even help one of these brave soliders or their families i will be happy... but id like to help a lot more then that so please please sponser me.
