Oh hi, 


I am cycling 650 miles with my good friend Tom Nash from Brighton to Zurich between next Monday (24th August) and the 11th September. We will be passing through Belgium, Luxembourg and France before finally getting to Switzerland. As well as having a lovely time we hope to raise a bit of money for charity so please be nice and give us money for the Prostate Cancer Charity.
