DVLCC supports children under 5 with cerebral palsy and other motor learning impairments through a life-changing, intensive early intervention service. With pioneering therapies to unlock their full potential, our children and their families take the first step toward a brighter future.

Story

I'm at it again, running that magic and somewhat painfull distance of 26.2 miles in order to raise some money for a charity very close to my heart. As you may know my 3 year old nephew Xavier has Cerebral Palsy, but apart from that is a happy little chap. The trust, though their school for parents have helped both my sister and my parents to cope with the special demands that Xavi places on them. Kids don't come with a manual and without the aid and support that come from the trust thier lives would have been so much harder.

Running a marathon is my way of saying thankl you to the trust for all the wor they have put in over the years and to ensure that they continue to beable to help kids like Xavi

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Dame Vera Lynn Trust For Children With Cerebral Palsy will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
