I have now completed my training to become a Street Pastor in Portsmouth. Street Pastors are out on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 til 3am helping to make the city centre a safer place. We are there to help people that may find them self in vulnerable situations. Although we are volunteers and give up our time for no charge there are costs involved in our training (which is done over a 12 week period), purchasing uniforms and the ongoing costs of maintaining the service that street pastors provide.

Each of us is commited to being a Street Pastor for a period of at least 2 years, and I personally would value your support. You can support me in many ways....through prayer, kind thoughts and of course in a practical financial way if you can afford it.

Any donations, however small will be gratefully recieved, and will be most helpful in supporting the Street Pastors of Portsmouth.

If and when I reach my target I will walk from the Street Pastors head office in London, to the Street Pastors office in Portsmouth.
