One evening over a pint of Kronenbourg on South Bank, Dave Howell somehow roped me into signing up for the http://www.thelondonduathlon.co.uk/.
The training started quite easily - hey a bit of running and a bit of cycling. Of course, I signed up naturally for the "Competitive" version not the "Fun" run.
When I realised putting them all together, required quite a lot of effort I decided to couple my efforts with raising some money for charity, I am raising funds for The Meath - any donation large or small appreciated. I wanted at least someone to benefit in anyway from my efforts.
