I'm decided to use my running to raise money for a good cause - Cancer Research. I have chosen this charity because in 2008 my sister had ovarian cancer. She is now in remission , but she received such good care and support during her illness that I wanted to give something back to help others who find themselves in her position.

This year on the 25th May , I ran in the BUPA London 10000.
I have two more races planned for this year and early next year :

31st May 2010 - The London BUPA 10000
