You may have heard of Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) an organisation delivering expert medical help to people in places and situations that often seem impossible to reach or operate in due to war, disaster or epidemic. I would like to raise at least £10,000 for MSF over the next year by asking people like you to sponsor me in the Marathon des Sables, a 150mile self sufficient foot race in the Sahara desert (water and a night time bivouac are provided but absolutley everything else will be down to me).
