As I'm sure you're all aware (I've been banging on about it for long enough!) I'm doing the 'Pedal 2 Paris' sponsored bike ride with Team Sidcup Cycles in aid of our chosen charity, The Royal British Legion. The event takes place over four days starting on Thursday 4th September at Greenwich Park and ending on Sunday at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at  l'Arc de Triomphe 277 miles later.

I apologise for the disturbing image of me clad in lycra but a certain individual has insisted that I post said image before he will sponsor me! So Rick, this one's all for you ;-)
