Headway Cardiff provides support and services to people with an acquired brain injury, their families and carers in south east Wales.
It offers information, advice, support, counselling, a carer's group, a specialist day centre and a young persons' community based social reintegration programme.

On May 19th I will be leaving Wales to join the crew of the Durban 2010 and Beyond on the last leg of the Clipper Challenge, from Jamaica to New York then on to Newfoundland and finally Cork. I expect to be at sea for 2 months, so please dig deep and sponsor me today! The Clipper Challenge is a round the world yacht race organised by sir Robin Knox Johnson, the first person to single-handedly circumnavigate the globe.
