EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I cycled London to Paris in September 2009, to raise money for Headway, the charity for people with brain injury.

I'm really grateful to everyone who kindly agreed to sponsor me. I felt the weight of expectation beforehand; especially as I did only one training ride. However, despite long days, tough hills, a headwind, and about 300 miles, I made it all the way!

Thanks to Patrick, Alisha and Magdalena for company ; and for Discover Adventure for excellent organisation.
