2012 LONDON MARATHON
AND
2012 NICE HALF MARATHON
Our special place run by special people, a place full of life, laughter, dignity and above all inner peace.
We as a family have experienced this total professionalism and care.
Our beloved Sue suffered from Pancreatic cancer, dying at peace and with dignity at
St Nicholas, surrounded by people who loved and cared for her, and as a family we could not have asked for anything more.
But like so many good things, it costs a great deal of money to run and maintain our Hospice, in fact upwards of £11,000 per day; and that’s in-spite of a huge and diligent volunteer force.
With the above in mind I have entered the London Marathon, 22nd April 2012 and Sacha has entered the Nice Half Marathon 29th April 2012. Firstly in Memory of Sue and Secondly so that we can raise funds for the “BENEFIT OF OTHERS” that sadly but inevitably will need the care our Hospice provides.
It will be a Herculean task, on my part anyway, so please support our efforts as best you can, every penny counts
