Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Colin Gale, Jon Cole and Tim Benwell - who work together on the magazine Professional Electrician & the trade show ELEX - are joining forces to do a Triathlon in May in aid of the MNDA. A colleague recently lost a family member to this illness and the team are delighted to do our bit to help raise funds for the charity. Jon will be doing the 750m open water swim, Colin the 20km bike and Tim the 5k run. We'd welcome your support at the event (but to be honest we'd prefer your cash!!)

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks the upper and lower motor neurones. MND affects speaking, walking, breathing, swallowing and general movement of the body.Thousands of people are effected every year and there is currently no known cure. Funds are required to support people suffering from the disease and for more research.
