My story
As a responce to the recent events on the Underground system about 55 "Tube Challengers" will be visiting every station on the London Underground in one day at the end of August. The purpose of this is twofold:
Firstly, we want to try and raise as much money for the victims of the explosions as possible. Not only where there many deaths, but about 700 people were injured, many loosing limbs. We have a target of £20,000;
Secondly, to show solidarity not only with the regular commuters and users of the tube system but also with the staff of London Underground who have put up with us over the years.
Please sponsor us. There are 275 stations, and we will be visiting as many as we can. Either give some money for each station we visit, or give anything you can. Every pound can make a real difference for us in reaching the target. If you do not want to make a donation then please pass details of this page to anybody you know. If you want to know more about what we are doing have a look at http://www.tuberelief.co.uk/ Many thanks for your support. Paul, Patrick and Catriona
