This year I am supporting Crossroads care for carers charity and have just completed a10k with a number of colleagues from work to kick start this years campaign. The aim of Crossroads is to allow a carer some normality and the chance to have a meaningful break away from their caring responsibilities in the knowledge that their loved one will be well looked after. " To give carers time to be themselves"
This is charity we feel strongly about and believe anything we can do to support others within the local community is an extremely worthwhile cause.
