A new challenge!

I talked myself into running the Paddock Wood Half Marathon. Please support me and Demelza.

I did the Tunbridge Wells Marathon in 2:08:29 - so close to my target! So I aim to impove on this (though a year older) my reasoning being that there are fewer hills.

If you're able to give some support for Demelza - please have a look at their website and help if you can.

If you'd like to reward me for running (another) Half Marathon please donate here - this page will be active for a while and I'll try and keep you up to date with the training via Twitter (pwotg) or on my blog.
