Hello this is Phil Wilkes page and hopefully you are here to help me raise as much money as I can for the National Autistic Society . I am running the Virgin London Marathon on 25th april 2010 to raise money for this brilliant cause.
The reason I have chosen this charity is because my son aged 5 has Asperger Syndrome which is a form of Autism, so doing this i can help other people like my son to be diagnosed correctly and help the families involved understand more about Autism and Asperger.
The money rasied will help the families and individuals involved gain all the help and support they need . This includes help lines, assessment centres, training for families, play equipment and helping severe cases gaining full time employment.
