Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. On 19/20 July 2008, Philippa, Jane, Wendy and Mary will be walking 100kms (that's just less than 70 miles!) in less than 30 hours (we're aiming for 24 hours) - yes, that's non stop and overnight - for Oxfam. Please have a look at their website to get an idea of what the money that you donate will be used for. We're all a bit worried about what we've taken on but we're in training - from snow to sunburn in less than 3 weeks as our photos show! We've got an excellent support crew who will be spurring us on, feeding and watering us and providing clean socks, along the way. But none of us have ever walked so far in one go before - the equivalent of 2 and half marathons and ascents over the route equalling Ben Nevis- so it's a real personal challenge to us all.
