Phil Chris, Sylvain, Mark, Ducky, Cennydd & David are all running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 19th October to raise money for LATCH....WHY ????

Because:

Nel, was diagnosed with Leukaemia in March when she was only 18 months old and is currently at eight months of at least two years ten weeks of treatment.
We are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 19th October and are  seeking sponsorship to raise money for LATCH (a Welsh Children's Cancer Charity).
LATCH is a voluntary organisation set up to support the special requirements of the children's oncology centre in Wales which is based at the Children's Hospital for Wales to help affected families and promote research in childhood cancer.
They are very much an ongoing charity as the needs of the children  change constantly with new treatment techniques and new equipment being  made available. Essential parents' accommodation is also provided. All  this is dependent on the public's help to ensure that children with  cancer and leukaemia in Wales obtain the best facilities available.
LATCH want the children with cancer in Wales to have the very best that is available today and see they have a healthy future ahead of them.
