Hi there, thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

This is my first sponsorship event since not talking for a whole day back in 1986! Not a peep for a whole day! Please help me make this a successful fund raising exercise by digging deep.

10km may not be the longest run out there but it is a big challenge to me and will hopefully be a spring board onto bigger and better runs in the not too distant future.

I have chosen to sponsor mencap becasue of the outstanding work they do for people with learning disablities and also the families and carers. Without them many people would have a long hard, lonely struggle.

So as i said before please dig deep, and remember every little helps.
