Hi All,
I've entered myself for a triathlon in Southend on July 5th. I will (hopefully) be swimming 400 m in Warrior Square swimming pool, cycling up and down the seafront for 20 km and then running 5 km from the seafront up to the end of the pier and back....
If you can spare a couple of pounds for charity it's going to a really good cause, so please sponsor me. If you're about on the day in Southend, by all means come along and cheer us all on!!
