About the charity
Elevate works with young people to help tackle social exclusion on inner-city estates. Through a combination of youth-led projects and detached youth work Elevate aims to:
· Enhance opportunities for young people’s personal and social development;
· Enable young people from deprived areas to participate and improve the life of their communities;
· Ensure young people can access support to help them achieve their aspirations.
In particular we seek to involve young people not in education, employment or training (NEET). Our intention is to work with young people who are more excluded and have less support or opportunities to overcome the obstacles that this presents.
