My story
The team have chosen the name Phyl's Little Soldiers in honour of Russ's mum who sadly passed away in January this year - she had been a long-term supporter of the runners and the event takes place on her birthday date this year.
We are raising sponsorship for Oxfam and for the Gurkha Welfare Trust, a charity which supports Gurkha soldiers and their families. Our fundraising target is £2000, and we would really appreciate your support.
Fellow Portsmouth Jogger Howard Clark will also be running the London Marathon on April 26th 2009 to raise money for the same cause - please make donations to Howard's fundraising using the same link on this page
