POUND FORCE -  'Quids in for kids'

We are appealing for everyone in North Derbyshire to donate just £1 to help us towards our target of raising £600,000 to transform a derelict allotment site into a unique and innovative garden for children and young people with disabilities and the local community. Small change that can help us make a real difference to children's lives!  

The garden, which will be the first of its kind in the UK and will set new standards in inclusive design. It will incorporate specialist design and equipment to ensure that all children no matter how complex their disability can play, learn and grow together.

The garden will bring the joy of play to children giving them the opportunity to experience the thrill of a slide and the joy of a swing for the first time.

The garden will be used by children and young people, families and local community from across North Derbyshire.

Donors are being asked to sellotape a £1 coin to a piece of paper or card and post in to Fairplay, Alexandra Road West, Chesterfield, S40 1NP or donate online through JustGiving.

Your support will help us bring the joy of play  to children and young people with disabilities for years to come.
