Those of you who know me know that I will do silly things to raise money for CF I did an abseil a few years ago but this time I am keeping my feet firmly on the ground whilst still losing my head - well my hair to be precise! this charity is very close to my heart as my neice suffers from the disease so a little thing like shaving my head is nothing if it can help find a cure for her. My hair will grow back (I hope!) but CF can KILL!

Well I did it as you can see from the photo!!!! its growing back nicely now.  Its not too late to sponsor me though even though I have hit my target it would be good to smash it to smitherines.
