Story
After running, jogging and crawling the Great North Run a couple of times. I've finally decided to get sponsored for a worthwhile cause. Just to make life interesting I'd like to raise £1000 (or more) and run the race in under 2 hours (2:30 was my previous best) - I've no idea how I'm going to do either!
You can help me meet the first challenge, I'll have to manage the second.
Please sponsor me, I'll be earning every penny of it!
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: St Oswald's Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Thanks for your support, I'll be thinking of you as I wheeze and stumble through the rain on yet another training run.
I'll probably be recounting my training progress on my website, so if you want to sympathise in detail you'll find me there.
