There is a desperate need to tackle oral disease, infection and chronic pain throughout the developing world - to enable people to work, attend school and care for families. We teach skills that mean local people are able to function free from pain, and avoid preventable infections and diseases.

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and donate online!

At Practice Plan we are committed to working with Bridge2Aid, a dental and community developent charity based in Tanzania.

We will be fundraising for various activities throughout the year including the National Relay; all of which will help us fund various projects that we would like to get involved with. At the moment we are hoping to raise £10,000 to pay for the complete refurbishment and renovation of a dormitory block in the Bukumbi Care Centre, Mwanza, Tanzania in November. We are putting together a team of approx 16 people consisting of Practice Plan employees, customers and suppliers, all willing to give up their own time to scrub floors, paint walls and generally ensure the living accommodation is in a condition secure and comfortable enough for the residents of Bukumbi, many of which suffer from leprosy and other disabilities.

Your ongoing support is invaluable. The more we raise, the more projects and ideas we can help fund.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Bridge2aid will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please donate now!

Many thanks for your support.
