My story
In April 2012, Project Harar will be sending out a team of surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and junior doctors to Addis Ababa. Working with Ethiopian staff at a specialist public hospital and a highly-regarded local disability charity, they will be providing surgical care to patients with the most complex injuries, supported by our Ethiopian rural outreach team. The team will be performing surgery on up to 50 patients in two weeks, as well as providing vital pre- and post-op care.
Your donations will help us fund this trip, allowing us to give rural patients from Ethiopia the chance to eat, speak and smile like everybody else.
