“Project 40” has been set up by a family to raise much needed funds and in recognition of the priceless care that the Family Care team gave them on their journey to become a family. In their words, “we are indebted to Family Care who transformed the lives of us all”
“Project 40” also responds to a number of conversations that have arisen with many friends and colleagues who are either approaching/ are celebrating/ have celebrated/ or are looking back on their 40th birthdays! Many of us talk about how lucky we are to have what have and to share in the families that we do. Our children are privileged people supported in loving caring family units. “Project 40” wants to ‘put something back’ and help a local charity to quite simply help others.
