My story

In late August I will be taking part in a Tube Challenge in aid of the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund established by the Mayor of London in association with the British Red Cross.

The aim of the Challenge is to visit all the stations on the London Underground in one day. The event is being organised by Geoff Marshall and Neil Blake, who jointly hold the Guinness World Record for completing the Challenge in the shortest time, 18 hours, 35 minutes, 43 seconds, a record they set on 5 May 2004.

I would really appreciate a donation - it is in a very good cause indeed and, after all, when you are arriving in the office at nine am we poor souls are likely to be three and a half hours into a long and arduous day... you know what the tube is like just on that short journey to work - imagine travelling all of it, by choice!

Many thanks for reading :)
