EDIT - Thanks to everyone who came along and skied, snowboarded and tobogganed through the 24 hours, and everyone who helped make it a fantastic event. In total, Pudsey skied and boarded 925 runs from the top, and 59 from half way, which added together made a grand total of 14,911.378 vertical metres.
Over the 24hrs we raised the staggering amount of £2,200 at the slope - not bad for a nights work!
Cambridgeshire, home of the Fens, is not well known for its hills let alone any mountains, but on
Friday 20th November Bassingbourn Snowsports Centre intend to ski Pudsey down the height of the world's tallest mountain,
Mt Everest for
Children in Need. In a 24 hour ski marathon relay, Pudsey will get passed from skier to skier, whisked to the top of our slope and skied down again. To reach our target we'll need
564 runs down our main slope starting at 6:00pm Friday, skiing right through the night to finish at 6:00pm on Saturday 21st.
We'll be keeping our website up to date through out the event so everybody will be able to see how far Pudsey has skied, and which teams are out in front.

Please help us to keep going through the cold dark night by digging deep and helping us raise our target of £1,000 for Children in Need.
