Why your donation matters

Pumping Marvellous works at the "Coal Face" with Heart Failure Patients and their Carers. We deliver the resource and expertise that is needed so that they may live their life as normal as possible.

We engage with G.P's and raise the awareness of Heart Failure symptons therefore getting the patient on the right track to the cardiologists where their prognosis is improved.

We also build awareness of Heart Health to children and their parents through our Heart Stars website.

Recent donations

£500 donation by Howdons Joinery - We spent this on sponsoring a Netball team called the Hearts Stars. We now have a team of 15 Netballers to help with raising funds and raising awareness, they have already paid for themselves 3 fold.

Case study: donations in action

We have worked with Asda in store to build awareness as to what Heart Failure is and how Heart Failure Patients and their Carers can be helped to manage a long term condition. We set up education stands and bag packed on the back of the tills with our volunteers to raise funds to produce educational leaflets to help satisfy a solution to the challenges. In each store we reinvestrd back into the stores customers who have invested in Pumping Marvellous. So therefore the money that was donated culminated in colourful and attractive stands and enabled us to develop a method to communicate important information back to the customers of Asda. They have gone down really well and we struggle to replenish the information leaflets. A real tangible success. Below you will see the investment that turned into a reality.
