At the grand old age of 50, and having ignored my personal fitness for over 25 years, I have decided to take up cycling. In order to do this, I need a goal, and what better goal than helping contribute to Bobath Scotland. This wonderful charity does so much help those who suffer from Cerebal Palsy.
So please dig deep and help me get fit. Much more importantly help me raise a modest amount of money for those who need our help.
