For 14 years the QPR Community Scheme has built bridges, formed bonds and aidied children and young adults, whilst breaking down barriers and improving people’s everyday life. It has reached over half a million children across the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, Brent, Hillingdon and Westminster.
