My story
MD of Harlequins, Tony Copsey (pictured) will be leading his NEC Harlequins team, known as the Royal Quins regiment, in a bid to win the RLT Survival Challenge in October.
The Regiment will be pitching their wits against a team of ex-SAS instructors, led by Ken Hames and competing against other teams from the club including sponsors and supporters alike.
The 48 hour event from the 7th - 9th October, is a carefully designed blend of physical mental challenges.
All the teams competing in the Survival Challenge will be raising money for the Richard Langhorn Trust which is this year's official Quins Charity.
