Throwing myself out of a plane must be worth some money for orphaned children, right?
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page :)
On March 6, I along with some other idiots in Cambridge will be doing a skydive in order to raise money for charity. If all goes to plan I'll be jumping out of a plane at a height of between 10 000 and 15 000 ft, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph. I have decided to fund raise for SOS Children's Villages, a charity I feel particularly passionate about. I've wanted to do a skydive for a long time so the cost of the jump itself is being covered by birthday/christmas presents, therefore every penny I raise will go directly to the charity.
This is a really worthwhile charity; SOS Children's Villages is the world's largest orphan and abandoned children charity whose vision is 'a loving home for every child'. Child sponsors and donors worldwide provide a new family and home for more than 78 000 children in 500 unique Children's Villages in 124 countries. Yet, this is only possible through the generosity of sponsors and donations, so please consider sponsoring me to support this fantastic charity, in order to help sustain their work.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thank you and all my love,
Rach.
