I DID IT!!!!
IT WAS TOUGH GOING. ABOUT 30 MINUTES IN, I STARTED TO DOUBT MYSELF BUT REALITY KICKED IN, I HAD TRAINED FOR THIS AND I WAS READY.
THE 5TH HOUR WAS THE HARDEST, I REALLY FELT TIRED, WEAK AND A BIT LOW. EVERYONE AROUND ME KEPT ME GOING( NOT TO MENTION THE JELLY BABIES AND LUCOZADE).
2 HOURS TO GO AND I FELT BETTER THAN EVER, IT WAS DOWN HILL FROM THERE.
MY TRAINING PARTNERS RACHAEL VOSPER-BROWN AND PAT HAZZARD WERE GREAT. INFACT IT WAS A BUSY DAY IN THE GYM, LOTS OF MEMBERS COMING IN TO CHEER ME ON PLUS FRIENDS CAME IN TOO.
IT WAS SUCH AN EXPERIENCE, I REALLY ENJOYED IT AND FELT ON SUCH A HIGH WHEN I FINISHED AT 5PM.
WE DIDNT LOOK TOO BAD EITHER.(SEE PIC).
A BIG THANKS GOES TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED ME. I AM HOPING TO HAND OVER JUST OVER £1400 TO HELP FOR HEROES VERY SOON.

SOME SAY I AM CRAZY FOR COMING UP WITH SUCH A CHALLENGE, BUT I LIKE TO BE DIFFERENT. SPENDING 8 HOURS ON THE STEPPER IS GOING TO BE TOUGH, BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY BUT YOUR GOOD WISHES WILL KEEP ME GOING. ITS FOR A GREAT CHARITY THAT MEANS SO MUCH TO OUR WOUNDED SOLDIERS,MARINES,AIRMEN AND SAILORS. THESE HEROES HARDLY GET MENTIONED ON TODAYS NEWS. YET THEY CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY. I HAVE SO MUCH ADMIRATION FOR ALL OF THEM AND FEELTHAT THE PAIN I WILL ENDURE WILL BE WORTH IT.
SO DIG DEEP IN YOUR POCKETS.
