My personal message:

I am not a very good runner, in fact I suck at it which is why I have picked the Great Yorkshire Run to raise money for SSAFA.

Every day soldiers, sailors, and airmen work hard for you, fighting to keep you safe and to make sure your children can grow up in a country free from oppression, genocide and terrorism, free to choose what they want to do with their lives, free to be whoever they want to be. While these people are watching your back, keeping you safe, SSAFA is doing its best to help them, any way they need it - emotionally and practically.
