I'm running a 10K for Alive and Kicking - i know 10K is a bit feeble in comparison to Thomas, Anna and all my colleagues who ran the marathon recently!   However A+K is the best of causes, providing footballs to young people across Africa, promoting sport and education about health issues, including HIV prevention, and giving people sustainable jobs in Kenya, Zambia and South Africa.
