A Maggie’s Centre is a place to turn to for help with any of the problems, small or large, associated with cancer. Under one roof you can access help with information, benefits advice, psychological support both individually and in groups, courses and stress reducing strategies.
Maggie’s Centres are almost entirely run by voluntary funding. From the buildings and staff to tea and biscuits! Everything Maggie's offesr has only been possible due to the kindness and generosity of supporters.Maggie’s aspires to have a Centre on the grounds of every cancer hospital in the UK. It’s an ambitious aim, but with the help of supporters and staff, this can become a reality.
For Maggie's Centre to continue building centres and offering support and information to those affected by cancer, we really need your help. Your support, in no matter what form - be it as a donation - is hugely appreciated. It goes a long way in helping to provide the gifts of care and support to someone affected by cancer.
