I've decided to run the Brighton marathon for a rare neurological disease that affects children.It is a progressive disease with as yet no cure.Few people have heard of it and i was one of those until i recently became aware of someone who has it.As it's so rare funding into research is limited so i wanted to try and raise some money for it.
