Voice UK is charity based in Derby and do some amazing work such as:
- Running a telephone helpline for victims of crime and abuse. The helpline receives approximately 400 calls annually 25% of which involve the sexual abuse, assault or rape of a vulnerable victim. - Direct casework support for vulnerable victims of sexual assault
- Producing essential accessible information resources and materials (leaflets, books, CDs) for professionals, vulnerable people, their families, carers and for professionals.
- Campaign work focusing on injustices in the legal system, measures to prevent abuse, and making sure those who work with disabled people are suitable.
