I'm doing a sponsored 10K for ACT. As you probably know, I've done a bit of running in the past, but haven't been doing much lately. I'm a bit over weight, I'm relatively unfit, and I've slacked off doing the requisite training. This isn't quite the 'walk in the park' it might have been in the past.
