Our challenge is to walk 80 mile in 3 days from Holcombe Hill, Ramsbottom to Scafell Pike, Cumbria. On the way we will be staying over night at Garstang Fire Station, Lancs (big thanks to the Officers & Fire Fighters for their hospitality) & at Mr Doggetts(Paul's dad) house in Levens,Cumbria.

Day 1, 28th June we will be setting off from Peel Tower on Holcombe Hill, waved off by Zoe Robinson the Gold Medal winning Paralympian, who we are also raising funds for during the challenge. Zoe will be competting in London 2012, she has qualified for the team & individual, in her sport( Boccia). Our team of 6 is made up of Paul Doggett, Fire Fighter from Green Watch Rochdale & his dog Gravel. Lee White the owner of Whites walking shop in Ramsbottom. Aiden Roberts the Landlord of The Oaks PH in Ramsbottom. Myself Ady Tonge Fire Officer from blue Watch Ramsbottom Fire Station with my dog Alfie.

On day2 we will be crossing Morcambe Bay from Hest Bank to Grange Over Sands and finishing at Newby Bridge.

Day 3 will be the most difficult but also the most rewarding, with a big finish climbing up to the top of Englands highest mountain.
