Vitalise, formerly known as Winged Fellowship Trust, is a national disability charity providing breaks for disabled adults, children and their carers at five accessible UK centres in Cornwall, Nottingham, Southport, Essex and Southampton. Through these centres and tours for visually impaired people, Vitalise provides over 6,000 holiday weeks annually for disabled adults, children and their carers. We offer choice, flexibility and an enjoyable environment in which to take a well-earned rest.

My personal message:

So the legs stayed hairy, thanks to all who voted to keep them as god intended. I finished the marathon in 5:23:31, half an hour slower than my PB but it was a very hot day! I really enjoyed the event and would recommend the experience to anyone. Not sure if I'd do it again but we'll see.

Now I don't have to run all the time I'm spending some time tracking down all you drunken fools who said you'd give me some cash! If you've got far enough to be reading this, do the extra steps and donate on here, it makes the gift aid bit all the easier.
