On Sunday 7th June, at Rother Valley, I am attempting my first ever triathlon.

I decided that I would like to also raise funds for Jos Trust, a fantastic internet support group for anyone affected by cervical cancer.  Most of you know that my wife, Elaine has been fortunate to survive this disease and has been helped tremendously by the support of the members of Jos.

This is my way of saying thank you, and I would also like to complete this in memory of Claire Everett-Walker...  a very special person.
