I'm doing the Bupa Great North Sunderland 10k on 18 July and have decided to support Cancer Research UK. So many of us know of someone who has suffered from cancer so any support will be greatly appreciated!

Although I do run short distances to keep fit, this will be the furthest my 40 year old legs have taken me for 20+ years!
