I am running the Beirut Marathon in Lebanon on the 30th November, its fast approaching and im feeling fit and ready, hoping to get an improved time over my London Marathon time earlier this year (3.23) but with a marathon comes sponsorship please!

I am running for IRAQI ORPHAN FOUNDATION, a charity close to me as I am Iraqi myself and then Marathon is in the Middle East!

They aim to look after, house and improve the living of children who have been so unfortunate in losing their parents and becoming oprhans, HOWEVER through IOF and your generous sponsorship we can do as much as we can in improving their lifes!!

SO PLEASE DONATE/ SPONSOR ME AS MUCH AS YOU CAN - EVERYTHING MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!
